Included in this toolkit is a briefing module that can be assigned to trainees before they attend the session. The briefing module reviews all the pertinent information the trainees need to know and allows more time during the session for practice and debriefing. Simulation instructors can also use the module for new staff who are unfamiliar with SBT, but are in a session with trainees who have attended many SBT sessions and do not need to review the information.

The briefing module is recommended as pre-work for those attending SBT.
